FAQ

Q1 I am a student in Australia. Can I register a company?
Answer: Yes, you can as long as you reside in Australia.
Q2 I am a foreign person. Can I register a company?
Answer: Yes, you can but you need to appoint at lease one Australian resident as the director.
Q3 I do not have a director ID. Can I register a company?
Answer: Yes, you can but you should not be appointed as a director until you obtain a director ID.
